The Information Systems group at the University of Kassel, led by Prof. Dr. Jan Marco Leimeister, researches innovative IT-enabled organisations with a focus on generative AI, conversational design, and value-based AI. The group leads the design principles for agentic AI and the ethical foundations of the project.

The Chair of Digital Industrial Service Systems at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg, led by Prof. Dr. Martin Matzner, develops methods for IT-based value-creation systems using business process management and process mining. FAU brings deep expertise in service research and data analytics to KIDaS.

ANLEI-Service GmbH, a subsidiary of LWV Hessen, has long-standing expertise in developing complex software for social administration. As an implementation partner, it contributes practical systems knowledge and prior work from the joint pre-project KoDaKIS with the University of Kassel.
