First Network Meeting of the Funding Programme 'Value in Data Ecosystems' in Stuttgart
On 12 May 2026, all twelve collaborative projects of the funding programme “Value in Data Ecosystems” (DigiNutzenDat) gathered for their first joint network meeting at Fraunhofer IAO in Stuttgart. Our project was represented by Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg and Dataciders Prodato.
Organised by the accompanying research project KONVOY, the event gave all participating projects the opportunity to present their work during poster sessions, exchange ideas, and explore potential synergies.
The wide range of use cases quickly made clear just how much potential data ecosystems hold for business and society alike. At the same time, the discussions highlighted the many challenges and open questions that projects are currently grappling with.
Joint workshops went deeper into these challenges, opportunities, and approaches to value creation, generating fresh perspectives and impulses for the ongoing project work. The insights gained and the connections forged with other collaborative projects provide a valuable foundation for future cooperation — because strong ecosystems thrive on collaboration.
