Successful Kick-Off for the KIDaS Project

The KIDaS project has officially launched with a joint kick-off event in Nuremberg. Representatives from all four project partners and the project sponsor came together to meet in person, align expectations, and lay the groundwork for successful collaboration.

At the heart of the meeting was an in-depth exchange about the project’s shared goals. Different perspectives and experiences were brought to the table to build a unified understanding of what KIDaS aims to achieve. This shared view of the project’s objectives forms an important foundation for the phases ahead.

In addition to sharpening the project goals, the next steps were planned in concrete terms. This included clarifying responsibilities, setting initial milestones, and organising ongoing collaboration between the participating partners. The exchange made clear how significant the KIDaS project is and what potential it holds. Against the backdrop of rising caseloads and increasing costs in disability support services, there is an urgent need for new approaches. KIDaS is committed to making a meaningful contribution.
